Also known as Kalbi ribs and a specialty of Korean BBQ, this style of short ribs is meant to be cooked hot and fast on a grill. Contrary to English-Cut ribs, Korean-Style ribs are cut lengthwise across the bone creating a thin strip primed for Kalbi preparation.

Packages average 2-3 strips each and weigh approximately 1.25-1.50 lb per package.

All orders ship out on Tuesdays via USPS, excluding holidays, and will typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment.
