Generally considered an “economical cut of beef” the eye of the round is both versatile and tasty. Use it for braising, stir fries, chicken fried steak. The eye of the round is among the 3 cuts comprising the rear leg of the cow including the eye round, bottom round, and top round.

All orders ship out on Tuesdays via USPS, excluding holidays, and will typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment.
