So treat yourself; home cooking has never b1een so luxurious. As with all wagyu cuts, be sure not to overcook! Wagyu is best served medium rare to get the full effect of the tender, juicy goodness. As with many of our cuts, we recommend thinly slicing crosswise to serve.
