Beef tongue is a delicacy most commonly known as lengua and has also become famous for creating amazing tacos! Tongue meat is rich in calories and fatty acids, as well as zinc, iron, choline, and vitamin B12. Weights vary based on the animal, but expect a 2.5-3.5 lb. pound product.
